Delicious. Farm to table. Wood fired vegetables [which I like better than the pizzas]. If you like brussels sprouts and you eat pork, the roasted brussels sprouts with bacon marmalade are delish. Whole roasted cauliflower also a frequent crowd pleaser. Fish. Chicken under a brick. Steak. I’ve devoured them all.
