In Aspen: Perhaps our favorite restaurant- amazing local meat and cheese- you can get fresh farm eggs and other supplies in the little market there too. Arugula salad is amazing. Roast chicken too. We love the mushroom french dip (add steak).

We love the Elk Loin, and the spinach and mushroom crepes- everything they do is delish! Closed in the fall until Dec 15
