Brixton pop is made up of shipping containers, with lots of bars and places to eat. A fairly young crowd. Can get very busy on Thursdays & weekends. Very buzzy. If you're looking for quiet, then this isn't the place.

Beautifully renovated Hotel, just around the corner from my place. Serves great food. Sunday roast are delicious. They also have a lovely garden out the back.

Brixton village is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. An old market with lots of places to eat & drink, Some very cute small shops.
The restaurants vary greatly from Portuguese, Vietnamese, Caribbean, French, British, Italian.
A love to go here on the weekends and wonder around. Love to try the new place that appear.

Love this little cafe for brunch. The coffee is suppose to be excellent (I am not a coffee drinker).
They have great cakes & bake fresh bread everyday.

Peckham levels is an old car park space that has been converted into an art space with a few restaurants / places to eat & drink. Can get very busy and buzzy on the weekends. Very easy 4 stops on the train from my place.

Lovely big open space just 10 minutes walk from my place. There is also a Lido.
The park has a children's area also.
