OMG... you'll think you've died and gone to heaven! You can't do Osborne Village without some sweets from the iconic Baked Expectations. Their "shmoo torte" - a Winnipeg specialty that involves angel food cake layered with pecans and a ridiculous amount of whip cream and caramel sauce - is a thing of legend, and a must for any visiting culinary tourist.
Diverse menu, great food, but they are best known for their desserts! (Burgers are pretty fantastic too!)

Shane loves Costco and figures everyone should know where one is! This location is Winnipeg's largest and newest. Although the St. James location is closer, we feel this location is worth the trip and recommend it highly.
