This restaurant is hard to get in without a reservation, but it is only 2 blocks away, we walk there all the time. We suggest just walking in if you can't get a reservation and sit at the bar, or, there is one long table that if there are spaces you can sit there on demand! The food is pretty awesome if you like ethnic food. A little on the more expensive side of things FYI.

We love this place just a few minutes away, Uber or 25 minute walk. The beer is really good, the dishes unique, really great space almost like open gallery feeling, with warm wood. Outside seating in the summer. Reasonably priced, but not cheap.

This is a Breakfast/Lunch place that you should expect to wait in a long line on the weekends. Students from Tufts love this place. Lots of choices from egg whites to no eggs etc, but tons of dishes really good and lively place.

This place rocks, really lively at night, sit at the bar and watch the chefs work over the fire! The food is reasonably priced and awseome, we love the mussels! It is in Cambridge so you would need an Uber/Taxi to get there.

Just a good place and great food and nice drinks, we love the
corn salad! Again it's in Cambridge so taxi/uber would be necessary.

If you like a neat atmosphere and Afghanistan food, lamb and all sorts of vegetarian dishes, pumpkin accents etc. Delicioous wine. This is a unique place.

This Ethiopian Restaurant is really good, not always busy, is across from La Brasa, but is a great choice for this kind of food, we love to pick up take out from there. They have a nice bar with all kinds of drinks.

This is a hopping place for dinner and drinks, in the summer it has a large open window that looks out to the street you can sit by. This is in Davis Square so it is full of Tufts students. In fact if you just go to Davis Square you can find all sorts of restaurants, so this is only one.

Coffee and Beer! These guys have a great breakfast sandwich and lunch, I think dinner too! But best of all they are a brewery and you can walk from our house in just 10 minutes.

Our favorite take out for an amazing Burritos! Fresh very fresh the best. You have to pick the food up though.

This is actaully a restaurant but still has music, you can look at the calendar of events and see if anyone is playing the night you go eat. Great authentic Irish food, burgers and fries kind of joint. Again in Davis Square, Starbucks is accross the street.

This place is very close to us and it is the largest wilderness area in the Greater Boston Region and there are reservoir lakes to walk around. We love to go hiking there all times of the year.
