They have amazingly tasty dinner buffets for AED 180 per person ( however go on ,local groupon and you may be so lucky to buy the dinner buffet there with 50% discount)

It's more a lounge I'd say. Located on 35 floor of Hilton residence. Favorite one. opened from 5 pm onwards, it has happy hours from 6 to 8 pm(50%discount), large selection of signature coctails and stunning views of Palm jumeirah. I recommend to come there by 5-5:30 to see the view on a sunset, then to continue enjoying the view of the night city lights.

Can't choose what exactly it is. During a day it is a fully equipped free entrance(allowed from 21 years old only) beach with mucis and fun. After the sunset it is a selection of 4 bars (2 beach bars, 2 sport bars), DJ playing on the sand, Live music entertainment on the first floor(live band). Free entrance, nice music, lots of place to seat and relax, no dress-code. Loats of security guards.
