A must do if you're in Nashville though the line can get very long! It's a modern, open concept restaurant that specializes in biscuit dishes and also has healthy options. Local tip: try to get a spot up at the bar ... then you won't have to wait in line.

The rooftop here is GREAT! It overlooks all of downtown and has great views. While Rock Bottom is a chain, it has good casual fare and good drinks ... so one of my downtown favorite spots for sure!

If you're downtown and wanting to start the night off broadway, but close enough ... start here for tacos and margaritas or beer. This place is always filled with locals and has a great open air vibe. It's downtown too .. but not a tourist trap

Who doesn't love the Man in Black! This is a small museum dedicated to Johnny Cash - so you're in and out in an hour. Best part of this place is seeing the love letters he wrote June Carter ... who doesn't love a great love story!

This is a museum, restaurant, bar and live music venue all in one ... Upstairs is the rooftop which has a great view overlooking the Cumberland river. Basic food (not my favorite) and basic drinks ... so if you aren't fussy and just want good music and cool views ... swing by!
