If you enjoy good italian food this is a good option to go to. They have most of the classics on the menu. Ask for the zabaglione (I know the owner and this is a personal joke, they don't do one)

Henrique Leis is a great restaurant if you are near Faro. If you have just arrived and it's time for lunch I highly recommend the 2 course menu for only 17 euros (not July/Aug). Do make a reservation!

Apolónia is one of the most luxurious supermarkets you will see. They have € 3500 bottles of wine if that's what you are looking for. They also have good bargains and great choice in products.

This bar is within walking distance of the apartment and is often open till very late with great live performances by local musicians. Very good if you like rock.
