The Cibreino has something more of Restaurant Cibreo: a waiter who'd be a whole day to look for what is good. Pure energy. Then he sits with the Japanese tourist and exhibits, to general amazement, all in Japanese language menu; He looks at you, smiles, and says in perfect English what the bread soup to an American couple. Personally I had never seen anything like it: polite, formal and friendly at the same time.
