Dining alfresco outside in Federal Diners amazing courtyard is certainly a highlight of one of my lunches there. Would highly recommend this tucked away venue.

We haven't been to this restaurant but hear that it is one of the best in Wanaka. It is on our list to visit when we are next down there.

This is a firm favourite of our family to visit Hook for the children to catch their own fish in the range of ponds at Hook. Once the fish are caught you can either have them vacuum packed and taken home or Hook can cook them for your to eat while you are there. In the summer months its a beautiful spot to have a bite to eat and sip on a delicious drink from their beverages menu.
