Food Scene

Very sound and stable quality for a fair price, quiet place, cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Dinner for two: expect to pay around 75 euro in total for a starter + 1st or 2nd dish and a 75 cl. bottle of wine. I love this place, which is at 3 minutes walking distance from the residence.

Very polular and no-frills restaurant, with excellent value for money. Do not expect an "elegant" place, but go there to fill in your stomach with good and reliable home-made food. Book in advance!

An excellent restaurant, pretty much on the high-end value, hopefully one day will be awarded with a Michelin star!

A small neighborhood of colorful houses, a unique glimpse, a small beach where many small boats are parked. Visit the Church of Sant'Antonio da Padova or at least photograph the landscape from here. Choose a restaurant and enjoy the sun. If you can come out of season.

They were built by the Genoese aristocracy between the second half of the sixteenth century and the first half of the seventeenth century, when the Republic of Genoa was at the height of its maritime and financial power. In these streets you will find the famous Palazzi dei Rolli, a group of noble palaces that, at the time of the ancient Republic, were obliged, based on a public draw from the lists (rolli) to host the high personalities who were in Genoa visiting of state.
