This small sweet secret little restaurant and cheese shop is perfect for a couple or with your best friends. They serve delicate meals - with french cheeses. I love this place! And the owners are the nicest people ever. http://ostebutikken.com/wp/

Sightseeing
This is a must see.
I am incompetent of saying this because I grew up close to this park, but again!! This is the most amazing park in Oslo. Go and explore!!! Great for kids (and big kids)

Parks & Nature
This is a beautiful botanical park with almost all the plants you can imagine, and it is so beautiful. It is also a really nice and old cafe in the middle of this place. This is not so full of tourists as the regular sightseeing-areas, but is more used by locals. Perfect for picnic (but they have som restictions about where to picnic, so don`t settle down anywhere). Also great for kids to explore!

The University's Botanical Garden

I really recommend you to visit this amazing gallery. Exiting exibitions and you can take a swim outside in the sea. They have a cuteand small public beach just outside.
