Along North River Street, Hot Springs are many visitor and tourist friendly shops: outfitter's stores, art galleries, antique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, bistros, natural and wholistic health stores and more. Many of these shops are located in lovely classic sandstone buildings. It is a scene and architecture which cannot be found anywhere else in the country. And this is all within walking distance of our AirBnB apartments.

Parks & Nature
Wind Cave national park is the home of one of the largest cave systems in the US. This is a beautiful park even if you are not in to spelunking. But if exploring the caves are of interest, they offer guided tours ranging from beginner to advanced. Another must see while in the area.

Angostura Reservoir is a large lake (4500 acres) fed by the Cheyenne River. It has great fishing, boating, lovely beaches and scenic beauty that has been meticulously maintained and cared for. The water is clean, the surroundings pristine, and the environment is friendly. Another stunning local attraction that is only minutes from our AirBnB apartments.

Angostura State Recreation Area

The the world's largest paleologic dig site is one mile away from our AirBnB apartments! It is quite affordable. They offer tours, often conducted by the researchers themselves. Nothing like this exists anywhere else in the world. It is an absolute must see while in Hot Springs.
