This hole in the wall breakfast place is loved by everyone. Service with a scowl is the order of the day, but the food is decent and the crowd is all locals. Get there early to avoid the lineups.

Local indie coffee shop has the best croissants in the city from Wanda's in Kensington. Coffee and muffins are also great while you enjoy the local artwork installation throughout. Great vibe.

Toronto finally has a world class Art Gallery in the AGO. The Frank Gehry designed AGO has excellent works from around the globe, but the best one is the building itself.

Another great Prix Fixe next next to Tati. This casual spot on College has an out of this world drink menu and a very solid kitchen. I've never had a meal there less than great.

Simply put, the best Pasta on the strip. Bar Italia is a little Italy mainstay with affordable prices and great Pastas.
The decor is modern and the service is sharp.

You're smiling as soon as you walk in and are welcomed by the most friendly staff since the Guu on Church. This Japanese Izakaya serves fantastic tapas with Saporro on tap and a slew of Saki. MUST GO!
