  • Spectacle interactif de magie et de mentalisme
**If you would like to request a custom time or date for your private group, please scroll down and select "Contact Host"** We will start out by briefly talking about the psychology of magic and mentalism and how things which are out of our control somehow end up leading to unexpected results. Then we will dive right in to a number of interactive illusions with cards, coins, and other props which you will have an active role of participating in! You will get to choose the cards or try to guess where something will end up and see if you can follow along or end up getting deceived by the power of illusion. We will end by teaching a trick that you can learn and perform to amaze and impress your own friends, family, or colleagues! Great for family get together, corporate parties and team-building events! I've had teams from Facebook, Netflix, Spotify, Yelp, Accenture, Deloitte, Kaiser, Redfin, and more book this for their team happy hour or holiday parties. Please contact me if you need a different date and feel free to read the reviews to see how much other guests enjoyed! Note: This experience is best viewed from a laptop or desktop computer so that you can easily see everything on the larger screen. An iPad or tablet could work as well. Make sure you have a good internet connection and a mic/webcam so that we can interact and you can be part of the experience! :)

  • Empruntez d'anciens sentiers de randonnée
Join us as we explore ancient Native American trails, camps, and villages, and search for new, previously undiscovered sites. We will be hiking a mostly-level 3-5 mile trip, navigating the low altitude grasslands of the Sierra Nevada foothills near Cool, California. The trip leader will discuss the history and natural world of this area, sharing his knowledge of the local Native Americans, as well as the flora, fauna, and geology of the area. Our trip will also explore new areas, if desired, in search for previously unknown, undocumented cultural resources. Any new sites will be passed along to the North Central Information Center for historical preservation. This is your chance to find history! After the hike, participants will receive a detailed map and photos, if desired, from the trip. This is a kid-friendly, dog-friendly walk, so plan on taking your time! Other things to note This is a hike in the mountains, so plan accordingly. We will be hiking off the trail, so be sure you're comfortable doing so. To stay on the trail is to limit yourself.

  • Les animaux adorent le reiki
Pamper your pets and deepen your bond with them with Reiki, an energy healing modality. I'm passionate about Reiki and its ability to help animals, emotionally and physically Even our pets can experience stress, stress can lead to inflammation, which can lead to illness and disorders. Reiki can help release stress, improve our pets' well-being and bring them more vitality After an introduction to Reiki, I'll lead a guided meditation to show you how to open up to your intuitive senses and share Reiki (vital energy), with your pets energetically. We'll follow that with a mini hands-on session so you can learn hand positions. No worries if your pets don’t want Reiki with touch! I'll teach: How to set intentions for health and well being How to feel the Reiki flowing and focus it How to help stressed or anxious pets How to share the healing energy with pets who prefer hands-off Reiki How to always let your pets guide the session At the end of the experience, there will be time for questions and sharing. If you are introverted, no worries, no one is required to share. It's all about the energy! The price is per person I donate a portion of my profits to animal rescue organizations I look forward to showing you how to be a healing presence for your pets My website: https://www.cheneefournier.com My experience for people: https://www.airbnb.com/experiences/1958574

  • Découvrez l'histoire de Davis : marche de 5 km
We begin and end at Central Park, home of the Saturday morning Farmers' Market and the Hattie Weber Museum of local Davis history and heritage. We will walk and talk a 5K: stops include the Bicycle Hall of Fame, train depot, Putah Creek and the Native American Contemplation Garden, the Mondavi Center for Performing Arts, historical markers including original olive and fig trees from the Davis and Chiles families, the Silo of the University Farm, and more. Learn about the major influences that have shaped Davis: Putah Creek and early inhabitants, the californios and land grants, agriculture/husbandry, the railroad, and the university farm. We will also have the opportunity to see more recent history in development projects and public art along the way. All these places are publicly available for you to visit any time, and yet their rich history is not often heard. When you take time to examine the footprints of the Patwins, rancheros, settlers, fur trappers, judges, artists, administrators, and students who walked in the space over decades and centuries before you, Davis will take on new meaning. Other things to note We WILL be walking ~3.2 mi., so please wear comfy shoes, dress in layers, and bring water. The walk usually takes 2 hours. If you need to shorten it or need to be somewhere after, let me know in advance so I can accommodate you. We meet at Central Park in front of the Hattie Weber Museum on C St.

  • Reiki : bien-être et méditation dans la nature
We will meet at Folsom lake, which is a state park, and walk a short distance (5-10 mins) to be near the water, surrounded by nature. We will practice a form of meditation that incorporates Reiki (a form of energy healing, of which I will give a brief introduction), mindfulness, guided imagery, and nature awareness. This practice is a blend of silent and guided meditation, which will allow us to focus on the rhythms and sounds of nature, our own breath, and our connection to nature. I will show you how to let nature "bathe" you in healing energies, and how to share healing intentions with nature. My intention is that this experience will be inspiring and will allow each participant to not only tap into and benefit from the healing energy (which is present everywhere, and even more easily attuned to in nature), but also become aware of their own innate power to generate this energy, and share it with others. Please feel free to contact me to see if I am available if you don't see a date or time posted that works for you. If you have limited mobility issues please feel free to contact me to discuss if we can meet at a different location with less walking. **Please note, rain cancels the event** Other things to note Please bring a blanket, towel or yoga mat for sitting on the ground. Or if you prefer, bring a folding chair. Wear comfortable shoes for walking to our spot. * I will give a brief introduction about what Reiki is, but please note this is a meditation experience not a Reiki class.
