Vous voulez de la haute gastronomie Portugaise ? et tout ce qui va avec (le vin et la note salée à la fin du repas) : c'est là ! cuisine qui revisite les plats (souvent familiaux pourtant) portugais. A la fin du menu dégustation, vous n'avez clairement plus faim et vous ne vous rendrez compte de l'addition que le lendemain, car les 9 vins que vous aurez goûtés aident à tout faire passer ! 2 étoiles Michelin (le seul à Lisbonne), réservez parfois plusieurs mois à l'avance.
