Truly a local's spot. It's tucked away in a strip mall off of 15th Street. Though it's not much to look at from the outside, they brew the best beer in town. Bo, the owner, is usually around for a fun conversation or a game of Mario Kart on the N64.

Local brewpub. Less crowded & better parking. Near Mr. Chen’s restaurant, with excellent food.

Definitely one of Tuscaloosa's best breweries. It's popular with the locals, and isn't your typical college bar. Anything is good, but try the Double Downtown North Porter.
