Stop by Chef’s In for sandwiches before heading to the dunes for a day! Lots of hiking and sightseeing. Pyramid Point is one of our favorite spots along the coast.

"The Most Beautiful Place in America" according to the viewers of ABC's Good Morning America. Make a family day taking in all of the scenic views, the people, the history. There is no reason not to visit the Dunes.

The Eighth Wonder of the World... or at least of Michigan... Tourists and locals alike challenge themselves to climb the dunes at least once in their lives - many do it over and over...

There are many things to see and do in the National Park. For first time visitors, the Philip A. Hart Visitor Center in Empire is a great place to start. The highlights you will not want to miss are the Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive and the Dune Climb!

“The hub of the Traverse City Film Festival and in the heart of downtown. Between the state, and its sister theater, the Bijou, there is always a great lineup of blockbusters and independent films, as well as family faves. Great for a rainy day or in the winter. ”
