Beautiful yoga studio on King Street. Kindly kitchen is located in the same space. Take a yoga class and after grab a great plant based lunch. Makes for a wonderful day!

This is a really special yoga studio. It's a beautiful space and the teachers have a nice way of balancing movement with stillness and reflection.

Neighborhood Yoga will take you to another place in the world when you enter. It is beautiful, and the people there are just as beautiful. There are a variety of yoga/pilates/alignment classes offered, and the Kindly Kitchen here offers healthy lunch choices and smoothies. It is also placed in a huge old market building that offers eclectic shopping.

Located in downtown Boone Neighborhood yoga offers classes from all levels as well as meditation and workshops. Start your day off with a yoga class and them grab a coffee and wander downtown Boone.
