Super-cool concert hall/comedy club and small bar in restored, historic (1947) Coronet Theater. Sarah Silverman, Fiona Apple, Grant-Lee Phillips, Aimee Mann, and Eddie Izzard performed recently.

It's a bit of a trek, but the Largo is a real gem with great comedians like Kumail Nanjiani, Eric Andre, and Thomas Middleditch performing regularly! Check out the schedule for when you're in town.
