Another brewery that's close to home. The Fermentorium has a ton of great options to please all palates. Pro Tip: If you're going to BelAir in Wauwatosa for $2 tacos on a Tuesday or Thursday, check in inside the restaurant and walk the two blocks to the Fermentorium for a beer while you wait for the text that your table is ready!
