An app you can download on your phone, $40 fee to join the service. You can drive anywhere in Brooklyn for .41c per minute. Great if you are staying around town and just want to drive yourself. Cheaper than Uber / Cabs, and the cars are located all over town. You just find one and go!

You need to download the app and apply ahead of time. The best way to get around if you drive.
