This is one of the most iconic in the heart of Morelia, led by chef Rubí Silva. Its colonial atmosphere is immersed in an old mansion of the time, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1991. Here you can taste the Mexican flavors of traditional Michoacan cuisine with cuts and dishes based on salmon, which have been trodden on international floors such as Madrid, Paris, New York, Aspen and Orlando in food festivals.
