The River Café

River Cafe is in the beautiful Karura Forest, where people go running along scenic nature trails or walking with their dogs. It’s set on a deck overlooking the greenery, and is busy with nature lovers who’ve just gone for a jog or cycle ride. You’ll be spoiled for choice with their menu including healthy salads and must-try samosas. The restaurant gets busy on the weekends so unless you book in advance you might have to wait for a table. That said, there are picnic benches on a grassy lawn where you can order drinks. So if you’re stuck waiting, grab a seat here and explore the wine list!
