Maison de la culture; vu de la ville et du Guaiba du dernier etage. Musee, galerie et cafe egalement disponible, endroit tres agreable a visiter.

Once a hotel (Majestic Hotel) now a cultural centre for arts, the view from the rooftop café is amazing.

Probably one of the coolest places if you like arts and culture. Have a very nice bar and restaurant at the roof top
