The Kincardine Cross Country Ski Club maintains ten kilometres of skating and classic cross-country ski trails at the Stoney Island Conservation Area. Skiers with racing and sport skiing ambitions as well as touring skiers or wilderness lovers will find trails suited to their abilities. Anticipate paths through sheltering cedars to scenic Lake Huron vistas. Access is free for members of the kincardine Ski Club, for visitors, a small fee. Contributes to the on going upkeep cost.
