the bigest park in Romania, there are a lot of open air restaurants and clubs, you can have a trip with a boat on it's lake!

Biggest park in Bucharest Surrounded by important landmarks, as the Arch of Triumph, the Village Museum, Casa Presei Libere, inside the park there are bicycle tracks (you can also rent a bike outside the parc, near Aviatorilor metro station), playing grounds, various vending booths, statues of famous Romanian personalities, and nice pubs and restaurants: Hard Rock Cafe, Beraria H (pub, beer house), Pescarus; also you can take a trip on the lake with the boat. In the weekeds it is more crowded and there may be festivals, but on the weekdays it is quite peaceful. Sometimes in the spring, the squirrels may even come to take food from your hand.
