This place comes recommended for a particular type of drinker. It's an Irish pub that operates WiseGuys Pizza in the back. It has the single best bar menu in town. Its got an edge to it. Dimly lit, a juke box, and a pool table in the corner it could be a bar straight out of a much bigger city. The barmaids won't hesitate to shut someone down and usually they deserve it. They work for tips and don't put up with college kid antics. So walk in knowing its got an attitude about it. Its fairly small so if you go in a peak time you probably won't get a seat right at the bar. All that said it's my favorite downtown spot.

A great Irish bar! One-dollar pints on Mondays! They also have some tasty bar food.

If you're in town on a Monday night, nothing beats $1 Coors Light or Killian's with a Wise Guys pizza. It's also a great, unpretentious bar. Show up how you are!
