This place is homely, nostalgic and has a rich history connecting to the French invasion. Food is simple and full of flavour, go for the pie of the day if its on the menu - its extremely satisfying on a cold day. Def worth a visit.

Very good food , book early in peak season , a lot of our guests highly rate this pub , it as history a surrender of the French army in 1797 was signed here , look it up
