My favorite Restaurant in Valencia. Again this is not a tourist place. It is a real local high quality food. Please be mindful of the local customs and respect their passion for food. If you are going to order a steak well done, this is not the place for you. If you want a wonderful dining experience, please go. they respect food and sustainability. If you like truffles (when is season) you got them here.

My Favorite Restaurant in Valencia. The owner and his wife take care of this hidden gem. Try it; you will rave about the quality of the food and wine and the excellent service.

Productos frescos y de mercado. Excelente calidad y precio moderado. Excelente carta de vinos. Paco, el dueño, es uno de los mejores catadores de vinos de España.
