For those who want to experience a more vigorous nature walk try the Mt Lofty summit walk. It starts from the Water Fall Gully carpark and goes straight up to the Mt Lofty lookout almost vertically at times....good luck.

A very popular local walking trail, with excellent views of Adelaide from Mt Lofty summit. ~2hrs round trip.

Beautiful scenery. You can hike from here up to Mt Lofty Summit. Nice cafe also.
