Excellent live Jazz on Monday's with all day happy (as well as weeknights after 9)! Their house-infused vodka's and unique eats are fantastic.

Cheap eats and drinks downtown! Also good for a low budget brunch. Try their mexican candy shot or any of their infused vodka concoctions. This is more dive-y than the other options. Great for happy hour.
