Historic Park (learn about the "Pig War") and one of the biggest beaches in the islands-South Beach. Great spot to picnic and stroll on the shore. You may even spot a resident fox.

Restaurant
“The closest "special occasion" restaurant. The prime rib is their specialty. Madrona Bar and Grill is also on the property, when you want the great sunset view without making reservations. The menu is great, with lots of fresh seafood, fantastic fries, and many gluten free options. Both of these close in September for the season.”
