Perfect location for a picnic on a sunny day. To the far North there is the 'Grassy Knoll' locals hangout for BBQ's and picnics.

This is the local's end of Bondi (tourists tend to head to the south, for some reason). The grassy knoll is like a gigantic party on a hot weekend day, and swimming off the rocks is like being in the Mediterranean .

The best part of the beach :) Know that on Sundays nippers is on on Sundays so it might be worth considering other options

Bondi is a complete zoo in summer, but what an experience! North Bondi is the best spot to swim. Stay between the flags or risk drowning / being yelled at by lifeguards on a megaphone. Embarrassing!
