Court of Master Sommeliers, Advanced Sommelier Ian Adamo creates wine and food pairings on a Prix Fixe menu typically starting with Champagne and taking you through both local and international wines. It's an experience unlike any other in Paso Robles and highly recommended if you're looking for an experience as opposed to just a meal.

Somm’s Kitchen (849 13th St.). is the 14-seat culinary showcase of chef/sommelier Ian Adamo, where guests enjoy a true food AND wine experience with at least nine courses for $145. By the time you leave your (several hour) experience, you will feel like Ian is an old friend!
