Not sure if we should be sad or happy that despite being more than 10 years old, the "Alte Hackerei" is still considered an insider tip. Anyway, you can expect some really great indie punk bands (some famous, some underground) having shows here. Apart from that, the regular parties are just fantastic (great atmosphere and always full till the end). Our personal favorites are: + Balkan Beatz with KimSka + London Calling with DJ Jane Smith -> BritPop, New Wave + Nette Hackerei with DJ Plüsdchbert -> Punk, 70's, Rock, etc. Didn't check out the 60's parties, yet, but were told that they are equally great. All in all, good value, great atmosphere, and perfect for all ages.
