It is within walking distance. Cheap and cheerful, you can catch the bus from the bottom of the street, (cross the main road) and ask to be put off the bus at the Thomas Burke, it is two stops before the bus station. If you catch a bus back, ask the driver to put you off the bus at Newhaven Avenue, it is only 4 stops away from getting on outside the church on the other side of the road from The Thomas Burke.
