Beautiful outdoor shopping with plenty of great restaurants and music playing with a gorgeous Bellagio inspired fountain in the middle

This outdoor shopping mall has it all. A 10 minute drive away from Burbank to Glendale (next city over) has movie theaters, outdoor fountains and great restaurants for the whole family to enjoy. If you like shopping, this is a must!
