The menu at Chihuahua Taqueria is short and sweet but huge on deliciousness. Its focus is the taco. Choose from six fillings, including beer-battered local fish with charred corn and roast pepper salsa, adobo grilled chicken with tomatillo salsa and avocado coconut cream, or slow-roasted pulled pork with pineapple salsa. Others include slow-roasted pulled brisket with charred corn, roasted seasonal vegetables, or tempura-battered halloumi with cumin aioli. If tacos aren’t enough, you can add on elote corn, fries, and jalapeno poppers. All the meat is free-range and from local farms, while the fish is fresh off the local boats each morning. Round your meal out with a cold bottle of Jarritos soft drink, and you’ll be in taco heaven.
