Beautiful Art Deco building . Often with interesting gigs and exhibitions on. Even if not the cafe is worth a visit for the view .

According to their website, this is "a pioneering centre for arts and culture in an iconic modernist building by the sea." Exhibitions, cinema, live entertainment, eatery, bar and shop. Great views.
