Great for a short medium or long hike or bike. Great view. We just love the ferry houses hidden throughout. 45 mins aWay.

Stunning water views of the Salmon River and the CT River. Both easy and intermediate hiking trails. Beautiful birds, including eagles. One of our top three for nature experience.

Machimoodus is a gorgeous park with trails that lead you to the "lookout" which features gorgeous views of the Connecticut River. There is a small pond but it's not for swimming.
