Se perdre, visiter, acheter, marcher, marcher et marcher encore. Ne pas chercher à avoir le sens de l’orientation, c’est quasi impossible. El Born, Gothic et Raval sont les quartiers historiques de Barcelone. Attention aux pick-pockets.

We four went to el Born on a day when there were a lot of people, just seeking a pleasant way to spend some time. It was pleasant and full of local, and tourist centered shops.

Authentic and lively, close to the Cathedral of Barcelona and home to the beautiful gothic church Santa Maria del Mar, El Born is also a great place to have dinner in one of its many fusion restaurants and have some drinks afterwards. Highly recommended.
