Plateau Royal Noorderterras next to de Schelde this fish restaurant is recentely new (2014?), but the owners have enough experience, they have a fish stand on the Saturday market where they also have an oysterbar where you can, in the midst of buying your vegetables, drink a glass of cava and eat the freshest oysters you want. They also have another fish restaurant, Vrijdag Visdag, in Antwerp South, far away from crowd, tourists, even far away from other restaurants. Plateau Royal Noorderterras is fish in the the old fashioned way, no nonsens, good and very fresh, big portions, plateaus de fruits de mer, etc. Next to de Schelde. In a no nonsense sailing inspired interior and with an efficient and no nonsens service. Waiters are dressed in sailor uniforms. Some look good, some funny in this disguise :-)
