A must-do, this famous lake is home to a wide variety of outdoors activities. Pro tip: rent a kayak, paddle board, canoe or boat around sunset time to watch 1.5+ Million bats go out from under the South Congress bridge! You may also make a reservation at a bat sightseeing boat which includes a guided tour.

Lady Bird Lake (aka Town Lake) has miles of running/biking/walking trails, paddleboarding and kayak rentals along the lake, and a great photo-op for a downtown view.
Called Town Lake by those who live here. Excellent spot for paddle boarding and other water activities.
You can go Kayaking or Paddleboarding on the lake and there is a running trail all the way around it that is awesome! I like the 4 mile loop.
This area is home to a scenic hike and bike trail as well as water activities such as stand-up paddleboarding and canoeing.
Great place to take a stroll, rent paddle boards or kayaks to go see the bats, or stop by a park.
Hit the lake and go for a run, walk, kayak, paddleboard or take a sunset cruise.

“Asian comfort food for brunch - sign me up! Start with a peach frose to cool down in those 100+ temps and start Sunday funday right. Follow it up with the match beignets (these were better than beignets I've had in NOLA), and for the meal I ordered the eggs Benedict and chicken biscuits and gravy. Both dishes were delicious but the bbq egg Benny stole the show for me and made me wishing I wore stretchy pants to brunch!”

“Sweet Lemon is a terrific breakfast and lunch spot just a block off the Georgetown square. They also serve dinner on Friday and Saturday and often have live music on the lawn next to the building. The menu is mostly salads and sandwiches and they have great paninis and wonderful baked goods. Hot tip: ask to be seated on the front porch.”

“Great morning place to meet. They have coffee, a nice selection for lunch and Amy's Ice Cream as well. There are some games that you can choose from if you want to sit and play. Right in downtown Round Rock on main street. Easy walk to the library and the splash park on the square.”
