A very nice harbor beach next to a free to the public pool a the Provincetown Inn (no charge for chairs and towels but food and drinks can only be purchased from the establishment). Enter the beach at the path between Delft Haven (7 Commercial) and the Provincetown Inn (1 Commercia). You can also enter via the Provincetown Inn itself and come out through the pool area. Many people spend part of the day at the beach and the other at the pool. It is very popular at the pool and can get crowded in peak season, so get there early if you want a lounge chair.
