Visit San Anton Garden's Kitchen Garden too. Beautiful place especially for kids to play. Try their pea cakes and cappuccinos latte macchiato. They also have apple pies gluten free nut cake. Lovely walk and great place for the kids to play. Open 9am to 7pm in winter and 9am to 11pm in Summer.

San Anton Gardens surround the grounds of San Anton Palace - which serves as the residence of the President of Malta. This garden has been open to the public since 1882 and it was built by Grand Master Antoine de Paule to complement his summer residence. The garden has several walkways that take you through the green gardens where you will discover fountains, ponds with families of ducks and several plants and flowers such as roses, Bougainvillea, Norfolk, Araucarias as well as other trees from all over the world some of them over three centuries old. The San Anton Gardens are surrounded by walls giving the park a rustic and private atmosphere.

This was the summer residence of the Grand Master. The gardens offer a nice walk however the palace is the official residence of The President.
