We are passionate about the entire process of achieving the finest cup of coffee - from acquiring the highest quality Arabic beans, to roasting exclusively on gas-fired coffee roasters. Through a combination of art and science we roast each specific bean to its most desirable flavor characteristic.

Stauf's is the most accessible local coffeeshop. They have multiple locations all over the city. I love this place because they have a wide variety of coffee to choose from and if you love a particular bean you can buy a bag to take home and make for yourself.

Stauff’s in Grandview is a favorite local coffee shop and is about a 10 minute drive from our Airbnb. It’s more of an old school coffee experience. The place smells amazing right when you walk in as they have dozens of barrels of coffee beans. We really enjoy their Highlander Grogg beans.
