Great zoo right in the neighborhood. An incredible number and variety of animals. They even sell you food to feed the creatures. This is always a big hit with our kids.

Route
“Jogging Route Stretching across the city from Recoleta to Palermo, Av. del Libertador offers some of the best options for running in Buenos Aires. You can choose to run straight along the road or break off at any or all of the plazas scattered along the way to run laps, do some stretching, or take a break on an oversized park bench. A steady stream of joggers and cyclists usually means the female runner can gain some light relief from the catcalls and leering of over friendly locals and the grassy areas on the northern side of the avenue are popular, workout-friendly spots.”
