The starting point of "boza", a local delicacy. I would not recommend going for a walk in the evening. If you're going by public transport, go during the day. Don't forget to buy the chickpeas from across the shop. You also need to get this.

This famous boza bar was established in 1875 and locals still flock here to drink the viscous tonic, which is made from water, sugar and fermented barley.

The boza served here is thicker and tarter than traditional versions, and is now made by the great-great-grandchildren of the original owners.
