Nature center, trails, and access to the beach. Easy parking. Be mindful of when they close as the entrance is secured. Bathrooms and water to rinse the salt and sand off of you. You can walk to Old Orchard Beach from here.
Ferry Beach State Park is a public recreation area occupying 117 acres on Saco Bay north of the mouth of the Saco River in Saco, Maine. The state park encompasses a sandy Atlantic Ocean beach, inland hiking trails, and nature center.
This is a nice little state park that you can get to just walking North on the beach.
